2. Quotes & Estimates

Prices and quotes may depend on vehicle year, make, model, glass configuration, requested film or material, service coverage, existing tint or adhesive, paint condition, photos, travel, and other job-specific factors. A website price or initial estimate may not be a final binding price until the project details are confirmed.

3. Scheduling & Mobile Service

Appointment times and mobile service availability may depend on location, weather, workspace conditions, vehicle access, material availability, and scheduling. South Coast Shade may reschedule when conditions are not suitable for quality installation or safe work.

4. Vehicle Condition

You are responsible for accurately disclosing relevant vehicle conditions, aftermarket modifications, existing film, damaged glass, paint defects, prior repairs, or other factors that may affect service. Pre-existing damage is not caused by South Coast Shade simply because it becomes more visible during or after service.

5. Tint Laws & Visibility

Tint laws vary by glass position and jurisdiction and can change. Customers are responsible for legal compliance and safe vehicle operation. South Coast Shade may discuss available options but does not provide legal advice.

6. Paint Protection Film & Wraps

PPF and vehicle wrap results can be affected by paint condition, prior bodywork, repainted panels, chips, rust, contamination, ceramic coatings, and other surface conditions. Material removal may present additional risk on compromised or non-factory paint.

7. Tint Removal

Tint removal can vary in difficulty based on film age, adhesive, prior installation, rear defroster elements, antennas, and glass condition. Additional time or charges may apply when removal is more involved than reasonably expected.

8. Warranties

Any applicable product or workmanship warranty will be the warranty specifically communicated for the service or material used. Website content should not be interpreted as creating a warranty beyond what South Coast Shade expressly provides for a particular job.

9. Payments

Payment terms, deposits, accepted methods, and due dates may be communicated before or at the time of service. You are responsible for charges you authorize.

10. Limitation Of Website Information

Website descriptions, photos, pricing examples, and educational content are general. Actual results, availability, appearance, darkness, performance, coverage, and cost can vary by vehicle and material.

11. Intellectual Property
